Red Jasper opens and stimulates the base chakra and the energetic kundalini ‘serpent’ that dwells at the base of the spine. It is a stone of endurance, with a strong connection to the earth and is very helpful for emotional equilibrium and spiritual grounding.

Red Jasper is a great tool for meditation, as it provides a calm, harmonious energy, ideal for grounding and centering at the beginning of a ritual, and easing the transition into a meditative state.
