Ashwaganda, also known as winter cherry or Indian ginseng, is a plant that has been part of Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and helps with arthritis and fibromyalgia.

Ashwaganda is said to provide powerful spiritual presence when used for healing, it will awaken life force energy, whilst grounding the healer and the individual at the same time.

Drink as a tea, alternatively, pour into bath water to cleanse your auric field or hold in your hand during a healing session.

Great to drink before and after a meditation session for greater connection to your higher self 🙏

Place once heaped teaspoon into a tea strainer and add hot water, and let it steep for 3-5 minutes and enjoy.
