Our Organic Sleep Tea is carefully blended with Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Cornflower, Rosemary and Peppermint.

For a great nights sleep, have another cup! It is also great for children who have lots and lots of energy and overwhelming emotions, to calm before bed. Chamomile is also great for the skin relieving eczema and pimples, and good for digestion.

Place once heaped teaspoon into a tea strainer and add hot water, and let it steep for 3-5 minutes and enjoy.
